Building a Culture Where Everyone Can Thrive
At TAG Live®, inclusion is more than a value—it’s a driving force behind how we work. We’re proud to announce the introduction of our Neurodiversity Champions, a new initiative to elevate awareness, drive support, and improve experiences for neurodivergent team members across the business.
This programme is part of our wider commitment as a corporate member of Neurodiversity in Business (NiB) and forms a key step in how we embed long-term cultural change in the entertainment industry.
Our Neurodiversity Champions are colleagues who proudly identify as neurodivergent and bring powerful lived experience to the conversation. They will help lead improvements across policy, communication, and support—and challenge outdated assumptions about what neurodivergence looks like in the workplace.
Creating Space, Sharing Insight
Each Champion plays a key role in promoting awareness internally and externally. They’ll contribute to company newsletters and blog content, take part in events, and help educate teams by sharing practical tools and perspectives.
As Steph, a member of our team, put it:
”My ADHD is seen as a strength at TAG Live®. In a fast-moving, high-energy environment, my ability to hyper-focus is valued. No one makes me feel like I have to hide how I work or think. There’s genuine space to be yourself—and that’s powerful.

Practical Support That Makes a Difference
Beyond awareness, the Champions will help identify real-world improvements to systems, environments, and communication. This includes being a buddy or mentor for other neurodivergent employees, advising on inclusive recruitment, and suggesting operational adjustments to help all team members perform at their best.
Frazer, who lives with dyslexia, shared how small changes have been transformative in his role:
”Adding a note to my email sign-off has been amazing—it opened the door for better communication. I use AI tools to structure my writing, podcasts for learning, and speech-to-text when I’m unsure how to spell something. But most importantly, I’ve never felt embarrassed to ask for help.

This lived experience informs how we shape our processes. From onboarding and briefs to performance reviews and project support, our Champions will work with teams to ensure accessibility is considered from the start—not added later.
Representation That Drives Change
Quarterly Champion sessions will provide a formal space for discussion, led by a nominated Head of Department or member of the Executive Leadership Team. These sessions will ensure recommendations are actioned and allow for cross-departmental collaboration.
Dec, another Champion, reflected on the power of being understood:
”Labels like ‘lazy’ and ‘disorganised’ followed me through school. At 26, I was diagnosed with ADHD. TAG Live® didn’t just make space for me—they helped me see myself clearly for the first time. I’ve never felt judged here, only supported. It’s made all the difference.

Stories like these are a reminder that real change comes when we remove stigma, listen openly, and give people the tools they need to succeed.
The Path Ahead
As we continue to grow, our Champions will be instrumental in helping TAG Live® create a more neuroinclusive business—one where individuals don’t have to mask who they are, and where performance is measured by outcomes, not expectations.
From recruitment and retention to flexible working and wellbeing, this initiative will help shape a stronger, more human-centred culture across the organisation.
