Before founding the company, Andy held senior leadership roles within the leisure industry including serving as a Director at Bourne Leisure, the organisation behind Haven, Butlins and Warner. His experience helping shape entertainment strategy across some of the UK’s largest resort brands helped form the vision behind TAG Live®.

As Founder and CEO, Andy leads the strategic direction of the business and works closely with operators across holiday parks, resorts, theme parks, cruise and visitor attractions to help design entertainment propositions that connect with modern family audiences.

Andy is widely recognised for his understanding of the leisure entertainment sector and frequently represents an industry perspective when working with clients, helping destinations rethink how entertainment can strengthen guest experience, increase engagement and support long-term commercial success.

Under his leadership, the business has grown into one of the UK’s leading producers of family entertainment for leisure destinations, delivering productions and experiences enjoyed by audiences across the UK and internationally.

Andy brings extensive global experience from the attractions and leisure industries. Prior to joining TAG Live®, he held senior leadership roles including Executive Director of Operations at Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a Public Investment Fund company developing major entertainment destinations across Saudi Arabia, and Director of Operations at Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment in Dubai, where he oversaw large scale attractions and entertainment venues across the Middle East.

This international experience gives Andy deep insight into the operational and commercial realities of delivering entertainment and leisure experiences within world class destinations.

Andy works closely with the leadership team to expand the company’s partnerships across holiday parks, resorts, theme parks, cruise and visitor attractions, ensuring the business continues to scale while maintaining the collaborative culture and delivery excellence that define its Superhero Service™ approach.

Katie leads our client delivery and project teams, ensuring productions and entertainment programmes move seamlessly from concept to live operation.

She brings significant experience from the leisure and cruise sectors, having previously worked with Parkdean Resorts and Carnival Cruise Lines, two organisations known for delivering large scale guest entertainment programmes.

Katie’s background gives her a strong understanding of the operational realities of delivering entertainment within busy resort and cruise environments.

She works closely with clients and internal teams to coordinate production planning, operational delivery and on-site implementation.

Claire leads the creative vision for the business, shaping the artistic direction of the company’s productions and developing original entertainment concepts for family audiences.

Before joining TAG Live®, Claire built her career with Merlin Entertainments, including work at Chessington World of Adventures, where she helped develop and deliver entertainment experiences for one of the UK’s most recognised theme parks.

Her background in attraction-based entertainment gives her a strong understanding of how storytelling, production and guest experience combine to create memorable family experiences within destination environments.

Claire oversees creative development from concept through to production, working with writers, designers, directors and performers to deliver engaging entertainment across holiday parks, resorts, theme parks, cruise and visitor attractions.

With experience across the holiday resort, attractions and immersive entertainment sectors, he has previously worked with Bourne Leisure, Dreamland Margate, Pleasurewood Hills and Layered Reality, organisations known for delivering innovative live and location-based entertainment.

Ben leads the in-house digital team responsible for production artwork, show branding and creative assets across the company’s entertainment portfolio.

Chris leads the technical strategy behind our productions, ensuring the company has the systems, infrastructure and expertise required to deliver complex live entertainment experiences.

He brings extensive experience from the UK resort sector, having previously worked with Butlins and Haven Holidays, two of the country’s leading operators of family entertainment programmes.

Chris oversees staging, lighting, sound and production infrastructure across our productions and entertainment programmes, ensuring every show and installation meets the highest standards of reliability, safety and performance.
