TAG Live® is pleased to announce the promotion of Katie Mostert to Operations Director, effective immediately. This strategic appointment reflects Katie’s proven leadership and extensive experience in managing large-scale operations across leisure, tourism, and entertainment sectors.
Katie joined TAG Live® in 2022 as Operations Delivery Manager, bringing with her over a decade of operational expertise from leading brands including Carnival Cruise Line and Parkdean Resorts. In her previous role as Client Delivery Director, Katie was instrumental in developing and implementing client-centric strategies, driving service excellence across all TAG Live® contracts.
Before joining TAG Live®, Katie spent over 10 years at Carnival Cruise Line, where she rose to the role of Entertainment & Guest Operations Director, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams across entertainment, technical operations, and guest services for a fleet of 25 ships.
In her new role as Operations Director, Katie will oversee all contracts and entertainment concepts, ensuring consistent delivery of TAG Live®’s service standards and operational best practices.
